These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mneme, operated by Duskhaven, a division of Synthvoid. By accessing or using Mneme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who Can Use Mneme

Mneme is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. By using the site, you confirm that you meet the minimum age required by the laws applicable to you, and, if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

Author-Submitted Content

Mneme allows registered authors, in addition to the platform’s own team, to publish stories and related content. If you submit content as an author:

• You confirm that you own the rights to the content you upload, or have the necessary permission to publish it.
• You retain ownership of your original work. By publishing on Mneme, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content on the platform for as long as it remains published.
• Your content must comply with our Content Policy at all times.
• We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Content Policy, or applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract content from the site without permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Mneme, Duskhaven, or Synthvoid.

Intellectual Property

The Mneme name, logo, and platform design are the property of Duskhaven / Synthvoid. Story content published by authors remains the property of its respective author unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Mneme is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duskhaven and Synthvoid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including content posted by other users.

Changes to the Service or These Terms

Mneme is an evolving project. We may update features, functionality, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, unless otherwise required by the law of your country of residence.
